How to remove tough stains from your carpet!

To remove tough stains from your carpet, the first point of call would be to use our Professional Spot and Stain Remover, although most of our other products will work perfectly well on stains too!

However, if the stain has been left on the carpet for some time and has set, we would recommend using our Neutral pro-spotter product. If it's grease that's stained your carpet we would recommend using our Unbelievable product.

How to use our Professional Spot and Stain Remover

  • Firstly, grab a spoon and rub the stain remover into the carpet against the pile

  • Then, brush it back in the direction of the pile to set the pile

  • Get some kitchen roll and blot the carpet, working from the middle outwards to start off with

  • Then as you get to the edge of the stain, work from the edge inwards to make sure you don't spread the stain anymore than it already is

  • Continue to do this until you can't see the stain anymore

Once the stain has gone the carpet may still look damp, all you need to do in this case is put some kitchen roll onto the damp patch and weigh it down. Within half an hour this should all be absorbed and your carpet will be as good as new!
